Salt Spring Island Ales is now hiring for seasonal positions from May to September. These roles are ideal for individuals looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment on beautiful Salt Spring Island.

• Brewery Helper
• Server / Bartender

Position Overview

Seasonal team members will support daily brewery operations and provide excellent customer service in a lively brewery setting. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Brewery Helper:

• Assist with general brewery operations and cleaning

• Support the brewing team as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Server / Bartender:

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests

• Serve beer and other beverages responsibly

• Maintain cleanliness of the tasting room and service areas

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Reliable and team-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service experience is an asset

• Serving It Right certification preferred for Server/Bartender (or willingness to obtain)

Experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidates.
